The car is in his father's automobile collection. I am uncertain whether or not this flag is for any royal child, or is specifically for Prince Abdul Mateen.

According to a 2017 book I have (scanned PDFs), the flag is titled "Bendera Duli Pengiran Perdana Wazir" .
